Worse service in the World!!! People stay

I was contacted by AUDI Nelspruit last week. I received horrible service from the sales guy Davies and spoke about it to the finance lady Truia Wessels. So she took over the deal. She got me a better interest rate on the Audi A1 I was looking at and I proceeded with the deal. I got insurance on the vehicle, I cancelled my current insurance on my current car. I put in a days leave, as I stay on th westrand and was to collect my car tomorrow 23 August 2013 . I book accommodation as I needed to sleep over because of the distance. Today, just out of making double sure I asked them both are all correct and ready... Yes, it should be ready. So I asked please make sure, I don't want to get there and sit with hassles...
Now This Truia emails me, Sorry we cant help you with the deal!!!
