I have an audi A5 coupe, the reason you buy a quality and expensive vehicle is to insure you are a reliable vehicle and good service. I have not received this.
My car went in for repair on the 1/02/2013 as it was consuming a litre of oil every 3 weeks, Audi northcliff tested the vehicle and said the problem was fixed, again on the 28/02 my vehicle needed oil so I booked into Audi northcliff again, they then replace a filter. I picked up my car on the 1/03 driving home my vehicle started to back fire and vibrate until I could not drive it, it was then towed by to audi northcliff that evening. I received my vehicle back on the 4/03 and has told a valve had come loose and it was now fixed. On the 11/03 my car wanted oil again (1 week later) I phoned audi northcliff and my vehicle is in again, I phoned audi south africa on the 11/03 morning and to date have not had a response. I find this ridiculous since I have been inconvience due to audi not being able to repair my vehicle and had no response from Audi SA on the status of my vehicle. I am not happy with audi and will not recommend any buy a audi as their service is unacceptable especially when you buy a car that cost R 400 000.
