Audi service standars worse than ever before

When I got my Audi TT this year I was excited to become part of the Audi family. With the standard of the cars that Audi produces one would expect for their services to be of an equal nature. Sadly, this is not the case at all. Not for the Audi center in the Waterfront anyway. I have never in my life been treated so disgustingly as a client. If you have time restraints, Audi aren't going to make it any easier for you. Each time my car has gone in for a service, Audi have had to keep my car for a minimum of 8 days. On Monday this week I took my car to Audi to try yet again to fix a problem that they had claimed they had already fixed... six times before. My only appeal to them was to have my car ready by Thursday morning so I could have it on a train to Johannesburg by Friday morning. 'No problem' they said. On Thursday evening at 17:00 I still I had to call Audi and ask where my car was. To cut a long story short - it isn't ready and I am now on the verge of loosing three and a half thousand rand because of Audis poor time management. Overall Audi Cape Town is neglecting the essence of the Audi Brand. I am not proud to be associated with such low standards. Not at all.
