Audi finance!!!

Alpine Audi is notorious for providing bad financial service! Take my case... I bought an Audi S3 and the insurance and "top up cover" was done by a woman named Yogi Clack. Confident that a reputable dealer had done my insurance I purchased the car and policies, the top up being underwritten by Hollard.
A few months later the vehicle was written off, with the excess being R124k...!!! I wasn't warned of such a high excess and I was told the top up cover would take care of it by Yogi. Neither was I provided with policy documents. Hollard paid a measly R1240 towards the excess. So much for confidence is Audi financial services.

To those interested in purchasing an Audi... stay away from alpine Audi!!! The dealer principal is a shrewd, rude man who covers his employees back and is so not for the customer... hope someone at Audi SA reads this!!
The policies are all garbage, called vw shortfall plus... stay away at all costs!!?
