Sloppy services at Audi Westrand

Traded in a car at Audi Westrand and it took them almost a month to settle the bank on the old car resulting in changes to the financials (cost of the car and therefore the new car instalment). While they 'sorted' out the issue, my finance papers still reflect an old settlement figure and they stubbornly do not seem to be willing to capture the new details.
