Website claim of cutomer service is nonsense

I was sold a brand new car by GM Westvaal Gezina in April already., After driving it 30kms, I reported faulty issues on the car to the dealership. I also realized they misinformed us about the specs on the car and did not even know the car's specs themselves. They couldn't find anything wrong with the car and we approached GM Headoffice with our complaints and requested a replacement deal to the same value. In the meantime the car would not start and we took it back to the dealership. Head office informed us that they would grant us our request for a replacement deal, which was around 2 months ago already. I've phoned over and over and they kept telling me that they are looking for a replacement vehicle for me, and waiting for something from the bank for almost 4 weeks now. Today I got an email informing me that their expert looked at the car and found it faulty, and they'd keep me updated about its repairs. What happened to the replacement deal they agreed to and claimed to be working on for over a month now??? They are also ducking my phonecalls which I have proof of. Ive been driving a courtesy car which restricts my day 2 day duties and is heavy on fuel for over 2mnths
