AUDI A1 CONSTANT BREAKDOWNS

I purchased a brand new Audi in 2011. For the duration of 2 years that I have it, the vehicle broke down 4 times due to factory defects in both the gear box and engine,

This car has been in the dealership for a period of 4.5 months in total for repairs, The dealership currently has my vehicle for 1 month due for the current breakdown which was a defect in the engine. I asked for my engine to be replaced, Audi refused to replace it. The time period of each repair was nothing less than a month. Audi just expects you to wait for them to figure out what is wrong with the vehicle. It takes 3 weeks just to diagnose what is wrong with it, Then you have to wait for 2 weeks to recieve the parts and then another week or so to repair and test. In total, I am left with paying for the vehicle which I dont have in my possession.

There are tons of articles of problems with this car. This car is a hazard to my life and to other people on the road as it breaks down anywhere and anytime. It is not reliable. Audi refuses to even take back their vehicle and settle my loan even though it is a loss to me for the 2years i have paid so far. I just dnt want to deal with such bad customer service again
