RIP OFF SERIVCE

My car lost power and made a noice simultaneously. They said it was the cam shaft and head gasket and major service. There charged me R 16 000.00 and the day I went to collect the car the head light was falling out, they didnt even wash the car, it was still full of grease from the service. The car is also making a cranking noice from the wheeels which it wasnt doing before. I was told the mechanic that was servicing my car made serious errors and was suspended this cost me an extra 3 weeks in car hire. I am not happy with the results or repairs and feel it necessary to go to the small claims court and other authorities. Richard the owner has even had the decency to phone me or try to retify the situation. Disgusting and unprofessional.
