Ridiculous, pathetic and VERY poor service

I called in car service city, fourways branch to have my car service, as it was making noise and not performing to full ability. unfornutely my top gasket had blown, so the car had to be towed. This was saterday 24 August. i was told it would cost me - R7000 and take three days. one week later and R12 940.00 later. the car is still not ready. only for a head that had to be skimmed. the problem remains the top gasket and nothing extra, yet paid on tuesday R12 940 and have been taken for a ride. i have heard all sorts of stories, including that the engineers had not done a good job, the mechanic went home for funeral, the branch manager is not in. i was even charged R350 for anti-freeze. R1 450 for a waterbottle, that mazda sells for R800. i have been sent from pilar to post even by the owner Richard. the manger is not only imcompetent, but a . today after work i drive there with my collegue only to find the car sitting in the corner and no top gasket, and was told its at the engineer. i am disappointed with car service city as a franchise. i will never use they service and recommed my family never to use them. head office could not even get back to me with an escalation.
