Ocean Basket
BAD SMELL AND FLIES AND NOICE

I bough my house 3 years ago in UITENHAGE... for a period now of almost 6 months Ocean Bascet open next door to me... sudden this noice every night till 23H00, even one night till 24H00... like disco music.
My room is a loft upstairs in my house... NO MORE... I've change now my room to the TV Room... sleeping with the TV on for the noice problem.

The actually problem is: There empty boxes, black bags are next to my wall... I cant even enter my Swimpool area due to this smell... Nor have braai's anymore... due to the smell and all the flies. After 3 complaints to the owner... thing just get worse and worse... My house value is R1 200 000.00, and its not a bad area... what must I do, becuase I cant
live like this anymore... I'm a wedding planner, I'm also semi-business... Its my house and store...
all my clients complaints about the smell, etc... TODAY I HAD IT!!! tried to call the owner (FARREL) on his
cellphone... voice mail (082 493 5148)
