Car damaged by a rat in the dealership

My new car gave me engine problems for the second time in 2weeks and I decided to get it towed back to the dealership in question. The car stayed at the dealer from Saturday afternoon and on Monday I was informed that the car has been damaged by rats and the re-ocurring engine problems were caused by that.
I had initially opened the hood to see what could be the problem before the car was towed away from my home and there were no damages, on Monday the service manager claimed that the car came with a rat and it didn't happen at their dealership.
I took the issue up with them but i didn't win and I still had to pay to get my car fixed. This car is only 3weeks old...

This matter has been escalated to the dealerships General Manager (Phillip), till date nothing has been done about it and no response or feedback has been given to me thus far.
