A bit more than a year ago my wife and myself bought a Hyundai Atos. The sale went through as a new car, it only had 8000km on the clock and 1 previous owner. We were very happy with our buy. It was time for our 30000 km major service. Service was done and we got our car back. Since the return of our vehicle we started experiencing problems. Loss or power, engine making funny noises etc. We returned the vehicle and the problem was never sorted out. They stated it was a 1100 engine and it should not have so much power. 2 months later and our vehicle can even pull away its got so little power. We return the vehicle and guess what? Due to neglect from their side the mechanic never tightened the crank shaft nut and it shot through the engine damaging the engine. Because the vehicle falls under warranty and it was their error they offered to repair the vehicle at their own cost. But the problems get worse, we waited nearly 8 weeks for car, never got a courtesy vehicle. We battling with transport. Now our vehicle was returned 8 weeks later, but the vehicle keeps on cutting out and losing power. They told us they don't know whats wrong. What must we do?
