I purchused a samsung S1 on contract for my daughter on the 25 Feb 2012. In October 2012 i took the phone in because when she recieved or made calls it made a noice that u could not hear anyone. I spoke the manager (Rori) and he booked it in for repairs, within two weeks i recieved the phone and after a week the phone had the same problem. The phone had being returned 4 times and the same problem exsists. I spoke to Rori and said i wanted a new phone because since its being in for repairs the problem exsists. he told me to go myself to the repair and service centre in Montegue myself to swop the phone. This is not my job to swop phones its the branch manager to sort out and i have a contract with MTN and not samsung. Mtn needs to train there managers properly sothat they know what to do in these circumstances. The manager and his staff is very unprofessional when it comes to these situations. Rori clearly did not know what to do and he is the store manager... I am not taking this phone back and i am demanding a new handset.
