This happend last year.

Firsty everything was sorted with the deposit and paperwork they said i can collect my car in Parow (I live in Southern Suburbs) so i take off work to fetch my car, I get there "Oh sorry we still need" so i had to drive home again and back. (Petrol!) I brought what was needed so i took my car.

A week later there was something wrong with the head gasket so i took it back again (Petrol) they got it "Fixed"
My car was there for a few days so i had to hire a car for work. They didnt even phone me to tell me my car was ready, i called and they said yes it was ready yesterday. I went to collect my car again.
A week later SAME PROBLEM. I took the car to my machanic i told him the story. He said all they did was flush the sludgy water.. the head gasket was still blown so i payed my machanic to fix it properly.

Also on the add it stated my car has an alarm (It does not have an alarm)

End of the day they have my cars papers & license etc because i still owe a small amount on the car (R2000).
I have tried to contact them as it is far to drive up and down. No replys to my emails or Sms's.

I simply cannot afford this R2000 from all the they put me through!
