The service that I'm getting from this individual is unacceptable. It all started on 13 March when I wanted to buy an A6, I completed the forms and paid the deposit of R5000on the 16 March. He could not tell me whether my application was successful or not until I SMS him on 26 March and he told me that I have to come to sign my contract on 27 March. On the morning of the 27 March on my way to work he told me that I will have to leave the car the car that I'm trading in. Because I was told late of this I did not manage to take things that were on the car, which till today they have not been given to me. I asked that he handle the personalised registration the suggested numbers were given to him on 28 March. Every time when the permit expires we had to be at log ahead because he was not being honest with me and updating me of the development. On the 25 April I asked her about the refund of my deposit, which I only got this morning after inconveniencing me. He went to an extent of leaving the cheque at the reception without even advising me that he has left it the. The service that Im getting from this individual is bad. He is not honest and does not update me. This is half million transition not 1
