On 1st March my phone was blacklisted for what ever reason as the person who is the original owner did not blacklist the phone, we then faxed the forms to 011 546 9020 on Friday 15th march, i re emailed the forms on Wednesday 20th march, today is Monday 25th March and my phone is still not working, everytime i phone i get given the run around, first i was told my phone would be working by Wednesday 20th, then i was told it would be working by 12.00am on Monday 25th March, well guess what it is still not working, i paid to use BIS which i have not been able to use as the phone has not worked, i find the service that i am getting very disgusting and i am not a happy customer, my cell number linked to this phone is 076 247 6793, which is not in working as i dont have a phone, my landline number is 021 551 4185
