Mtn overcharging after contract ends

I'm still waiting for MTN to refund me for overcharging.
My contract started in MARCH 2011, and ended in FEB 2013.

I phoned in February and twice in March to confirm the end of my contract, but was then still billed for April 2013.
My first bill included activation costs, but also pro rata for March 2011.
However I have been charged a total of 25 times instead of 24 times (the first payment included March and April 2011) - that is why it should only be 24 payments.

MTN still owes me R179.

After reporting this problem months ago they are still apathetic and have not sorted it out.
I can only advise not to sign up with MTN because this terrible service and bad attitude.
