Late delivery, no-refund after 2 weeks!

Electronics and household app.

First: On 5 March I bought a laptop and paid R200 for quick delivery. Greig said he would try to get it to me that afternoon, if not it will be FIRST thing in the morning. At 10:30 I emailed "no delivery yet". Only received an email back at 12:00 saying driver will be there in 30min. Bad Service!

Second: On 10 March I noticed the specs of the laptop were not what I had asked for over the phone. I asked for an Acer E1571i3 with specs 500GB HDD, 4GB RAM, and i3 processor. Greig looked through their stock and said he couldnt find the product code. I then told him the price that I had seen online and he then found the laptop that was since sold to me, but the specs were 320GB HDD and 2GB RAM. Complaint email sent on 10 March. Greig finally responded on 12 March. The reply: the laptop I received is the laptop we discussed and placed an order. NO, IT IS NOT what I had asked for. Greig did offer me a refund, but only for the laptop cost. The delivery (which was late) fee and credit card fee was not included.

Third: 14 Mar - asked when refund will be made. Reply "not too long". 27 Mar - still no refund. Reply "will follow up. 29 Mar - still no refund and no correspondence. SHOCKING!!
