Middlel march 2013, i was contacted by the financial service of adt informing me that no premium was deducted for january and end december. I asked why i was only informed end of march. The contacting person rudely exclaimed that they do not have time to check every clients account. I said that they debit end of april, the person told me the deduction will be end of march. I said it will not suit me. I will not auth this deduction. The lady said that it will commence on the 25th of march and i have no choice and slapped the phone down. i contacted adt 5minutes later and told the new person that she must check the deduction date, it was 25 march. I told her the rudness of the previous person and requested her name upon which she said that they are not allowed to release, i asked for the recording of the discussion and yet again i was denied this but the date was changed to end april.25 march the full deduction was taken. I contacted them 2 times and written 2 letters cancelling my account because i was informed by adt not to sue them. end april my contract is still not cancelled and they suddenly have no calls or letters from me. 13 calls later the manager still haven't phone back.
