No refund received

On 16 January 2013 I paid R499.00 to Groupon SA for a discounted Samsung toner. On 4 March I e-mailed their support centre stating that I am very concerned over not having received the toner yet. Kelly-Ann Paulus from Groupon replied on 5 March that I would get confirmation once they had feedback from the supplier about when to expect my item. On 12 March I e-mailed again to ask for an update on the situation. Chantal Norman from Groupon replied that according their our records, they had not received my payment on 16 January. On 13 March I e-mailed them the proof of my payment. On 14 March Chantal replied that my request had been escalated to the Refunds Department, who would provide me with feedback once the refund has been processed. On 15 March Claudia asked for my banking details, which I sent on the same day. On 18 March Claudia replied that my request for a refund had been received and that once my refund is processed I would receive a confirmation e-mail. I received no such e-mail and on 3 April I contacted the support centre again, asking about the refund. I have received nothing but an automated response since.
