You have asked for an update. Here it is:

There was absolutely no miscommunication between branches - do not lie! (once again). The police investigation clearly showed that my belongings were with another company in Jhb all the time that you told me that they were still in Dbn. Your company had not settled owing monies to the other party, which is why they refused to release my goods to you.

The only reason you contacted me was because the police became involved. You could no longer avoid my calls, emails or other correspondence.

Furthermore, Jhb Movers refused to release my goods to me until I paid for those months that I struggled to have my goods returned. That is outright!!

And lastly on finally getting my belongings back, I discovered that boxes had been opened, goods and the boxes resealed.

My comments remain the same - Jhb Movers provides absolutely no service and steals from their clients. As a business owner, you just have no idea! And neither does your mother Liz!
