Wrongfully subtracted banking cost

I am a student and the normal banking costs for me must be R16, 50 on the student cheque account. The beginning of March they wrongfully subtracted more banking cost for example cellphone banking, internet banking ect that a student don't pay for. I've immediately went and asked what is wrong (6 March) they've said they will contacted me with feedback and it still didn't happen, I went again in March (middle of March) and at the end of March (24 March) they have filled a report and 2 weeks later they still didn't paid me back all of the cost close if not more than R80. They also subtracted costs again in April and then charged me with interest on overdraft amounts. The overdraft is caused by subtracting costs when they are not supposed to. Each time I went i also submitted a prove of registration. This is not the first time I have problems with Absa Hatfield!!!
