Trish - the BRANCH MANAGER gave me incorrect information, didn't give me vital documents, referred to her own company as "". Behaved remarkably unprofessionally, never once mentioned payment at any stage and when I brought up payment when talking to a colleague of hers when we were in SA, TRISH refused to convert the quote from Kwacha to rands albeit we told them we only had a rands account and nothing happened for nearly 3 weeks while mails were sent back and forth.
She LEFT OUT THE QUOTE FOR insurance although I told her we wanted to insure. It's 4 weeks later, our consignment is still in Lusaka.
Brad Barker JOINT CEO IN SA protects her inefficient service and although I've requested a face to face meeting with him, he has completely dismissed my request.
His mails are offensive as he send them in BOLD. Not the mail Etiquette you'd expect from a CEO.
