Unauthorized Billing - AGAIN

Please refer to my Hello Peter complaint dated 04.06.2013. Trish got back to me on the 05.06.2013 and finalized my query whereby she noted on e-mail that my account had been closed. I replied saying that I wanted documentary proof that my membership was cancelled and an undertaking that no further payments would go off my bank account since Planet Fitness have been taking my money despite all my efforts to terminate this membership since January 2013 and stopping payment with my bank in February. Trish then sent me a screen dump of the termination but was silent on my second request, namely to provide me with a written confirmation that no further debits will be taken from my account. This morning I received yet another text notification indicating that Planet Fitness has AGAIN taken R623 from my account which again I will have to reverse costing me money and depriving me of my free time and peace of mind. I cannot help but notice all the similar complaints on Hello Peter and wonder who runs the accounts department? He/she needs a permanent holiday because it is beyond rediculous!! So Trish Tsikada, what are you going to do about my recurring problem??
