False accussed of owning money to Vodacom

On numerous occasion have I received e-mails indicating that I have any overdue account with Vodacam and must pay up or face legal action. I have send mails to their customer centre, I have made numerous phone calls to their help desk and was told that the e-mail address on the system is incorrect, however the threatening letter is made out to Morne Esterhuizen.

I was informed that they will remove the e-mail and I was also informed that this is not for my account, but still I receive the threatening e-mails. The account number mentioned in the mails is as follows 0278000302309880
