Please can I get my refund now!

We used Elliotts for our Jnb to Cape Town move. I have had no issues with them as they were at my residence on time and packed everything relatively secure. I did have an issue once they arrived regarding my baby cot but that was sorted out immediately.

Anyway, I was told that I had to pay an extra R1 790 (approximate) as a shuttle had to be used on the day that the truck arrives in Cape Town, which was understandable as there was contruction on the road. I paid the extra amount as requested.

The truck arrives and they don't need a shuttle. So I sent a mail to Micca requesting that this amount be refunded. She said that it would not be a problem but that it might take a while. The mail was sent early December and it is now almost half way through Feb.

I have asked Micca for feedback again and I am still waiting - hence the hellopeter report. Kindly could you refund me the money or show that this has already been done.
