Pathetic Service

On the 1st of May 2013 I was involved in a car accident and called the AA to tow my vehicle. I received very speedy and quality service on the day.

After locating at which panel beater my vehicle had been delivered I learnt that some of my personal items had been misappropriated from the vehicle. I called the AA call centre to understand were my belongings were and one of the Amalgam Depot staff members merely "passed the buck" claiming that it is not their responsibility and there is nothing they can do to help.

I was taken aback by their lack of concern and I will never use their service again!!

Simply appalling, no compassion whatsoever.
