Outsurance
R 400 back promotion... all

I got a call from Outsurance to insure my wife's car as a present for her. Firstly, I had to get a callback from them because the website failed on me multiple times when trying to get a quote. I finally received a call 2 days later to receive an outrageously high quote from them. As soon as I mentioned that the quote was too high and I would like it to be emailed to me (as I wanted to keep it for record purposes), the call got cut short and they never offered me the 400 rands promotion they advertise.

A week after that incident, I get a call from another person from Outsurance asking me about the quote. I explain that the quote was way too high and she says she will speak to her manager and come back to me (which she never did).

So today I got again another call from Outsurance again asking a follow up on a quote I stated from the start was WAY too high compared to many other quotes I received and again all I was told was sorry and the call got cut. All over HelloPeter people are complaining about this 400 rands promotion problem. Seems like a to me.
