Billed me even though I did not taccept Insure

I have two complaints regarding Discovery Insure. Firstly I phoned them in April for my Policy to start 1 June 2013, asking for a quote on my Vehicle. I was then assisted and accepted the household and Car insurance, In the Month of May, I sold my car and then contacted Discovery on the 22nd of May 2013 to cancel the policy. I was then told that my policy was never activated. If I did not sell my Car I would have never known that it was inactive on Discoveries side. I then called back on the 23rd of May 2013 to get a quote on my new Car, I was assisted with a quote and told the operator that I need to find out from my husband if he would accept the quote first. He advised he would call me back in 30mins, wich he did, I then advised again that I am waiting for an answer from my husband and I need him to call back in 30mins again, which he never did. I needed insurance by the Saturday. I then took Insurance from another company as the quote was much less and they assisted me right away, The payment for Discovery Insure went off my account on the 1st of June. This without a Policy or me activating the Insurance Policy. Can someone Please refund my Money A.S.A.P.???
