On the 29th August 2013, I made a call to Direct Axis in an attempt to make payment arrangements on my outstanding account. On hearing the outstanding balance, I was quiet shocked on how much this amount had gone up. To understand the whole thing first before making a payment arrangement, I requested to have a copy of my account statement e-mailed to me. I waited for 2 days and still no mail. In the meantime, they were still sending me sms's with a reference to quote when I called them everyday. In reply to that, I was calling them back and requesting the same e-mail over and over again. I have now phoned them on 3 occasions and they always say that they will send it. On the last occasion which was today, I was spoken to in a very rude manner by a female employee just for asking them to give me a reason as to why it was taking so long. When I requested for an e-mail address where I could send a complaint, I had the phone slammed down on my face. In all fairness, I have every right to request for this information. I don't appreciate the bad service.
