2007 Ford focus 2.5 st

Cars & Transport

I took my 2007 2.5 Ford focus st to a dealer in Gezina Pretoria as the ESP warning light came on. the vehicle was left there 3 days on there request. after this I was quoted R22000.00 to replace the ABS pump. I bought a brand new pump for R3000.00 at a company that bought one for there vehicle that was not used. the pump was fitted by a in depended work shop. the vehicle was back at the dealer the next day to reprogramed the PCM to accept the new pump. Now the problem are still the same, I asked the electrician that worked on the car why I was quoted for a pump and it never was the pump. Gorge the electrician said that he know that that was quoted but they needed to do the work. I asked him again why they needed to do the work as the new pump was fitted by a professional as well and the problem are the same, he replayed that they would not changed the pump and that if he cant repair the car no one can. the thing is I did spend money on the pump that was not the problem and for diagnostics every time the vehicle went back to the dealer for the same problem, the vehicle is still standing at the dealer for the fourth time this month. in my few they are incompetent to do there work.
