Not the Trusted Partner One May Rely On

I called and asked for two parcels to be collected and delivered to Cape Town and another to Durban. I stressed that the one to Cape Town was urgent and had to reach there on the same day. I also pointed out that should my account not be activated I would personally go to the Durban office and pay in cash so that the Cape Town recipient would not have to pay. I was advised that my account was reinstated and that the person handing over the parcels must point out that the Cape Town parcel was the same day. The parcel was only picked up late in the afternoon so it never reached on the same day. The parcel to Durban could not be collected because the driver did not have the collection document/instruction. I was promised that the Cape Town parcel would be delivered by 8.00 am. Still not delivered!!! I called TNT about the Durban parcel and they advised that they will collect and deliver to Durban this morning. This morning I discovered that the parcel is still not collected. All the so called supervisors are concerned with are the charges. "We apologize and you will not be charged the Same Day Charge" No concern for the monies I stand to lose. Management is arrogant. Use another co.
