Bad Service

I went to the Upington branch on Monday morning to organize delivery of a parcel from johannesburg.
Yesterday i found out the parcel had still not been collected, i then phoned RAM Upington who failed to phone me back, after phoning back again they said it will be collected on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday.
Today i have found out again they have still not collected, now i was told they have tried to collect the parcel twice and were told the reference number is wrong i highly doubt. I phoned the place where the parcel was meant to be collected and they confirmed the ref number immediately. At no stage did anyone call to advise that there is a problem or that late delivery will occur. Very bad service and at this stage i don't plan on using RAM couriers again.
