Fastway Couriers (South Africa)
Don't Ever use this Company for any Courier Servic

I recently ordered a part form Johannesburg and my supplier used Fastway couriers. I was supplied with a tracking number and proceeded to track the order delivery.

The parcel was due to arrive on Wednesday... no delivery. I then called them and they confirmed that the parcel would be delivered on Thursday afternoon before 3pm... Thursday afternoon came and went and still no delivery. I called their offices in Cape Town and they confirmed that the parcel had still not left the depot and that I was guaranteed delivery on Friday morning before 9am. it is now 11am and still no parcel.

I've just called their offices and after holding for 20 minutes, they have no idea where the parcel is.

I think they should rebrand to noway couriers... as from my experience they have no integrity and their service is beyond shocking.
