Non-disclosure of major accident to Polo Vivo sold

I paid R100 000 for a used Polo Vivo with 38 000km on the clock and registration papers stating that it was first licensed on 14.07.2011 from Right Cars on the cnr of Malibongwe & Witkoppen, Northriding in February 2013. I chose the Polo particularly because it was a present for my 19 year old son and I wanted him to have the safest small car I could afford. It has become apparent following examination by PG Glass and Volkswagen that the car has been in a major accident that was not disclosed at the time of purchase and been extensively rebuilt - in several instances not even using the correct parts, and is thus far from safe (the windscreen was non shatterproof and we found glass shards all over the dashboard). This is completely illegal and we have requested our money back from Right Cars and said that if they will refund us we will not press charges but they are refusing and are only willing to try and resell the car which is obviously not an option.
