This complaint is in regards to your mycar website.
I honestly find this site useless if you guys keep advertising cars that are to go on upcoming auction and the next time you log online the car has already been sold.
I have requested notification and ironically I received a my notification today (25-03-2013) but the car has been sold on the 21-03-2013.
Now this would have been the third time this has happened within the last two weeks which has now really become frustrating.
Now you tell honestly is this a waste of my time using this service or is there other first preference to your internal clients, I mean don't you think this is unfair to the us as public.
2010 FORD FIESTA - MC24910
2012 VW POLO - MC24871
2011 VW POLO - MC24708

All the above mentioned cars were sold within the last week without going on acution online and the Fiesta has been sold on the 21-03-2013 however I only received the notification today.
