Excellent service from day 1 thanks adrain wong

We were in the market to buy a new vechicle from december 2012 but couldnt decide which vechicle to get, we went to all the vechicle places around the glen and the glen vw was the best, we arrive there and a gentlemen name adrian wong help us straigt away he even show us around and wanted to know what we want he gave us print out of all the polo's they had in stock and if the vechicle we want is not there he will order it for us, he even had a look at our old vechicle and gave us a really good price on the old vechicle we were driving we left to think about it and even visited other vechicle companies and all i can say is the other places can learn a thing or two by the glen vw about service. A month went buy and we contacted adrian wong again and told him we are intrested in a polo vivo, we went and see him and we talked a while and decided we dont want the vivo but a polo 1.4 comfortline. He kept us up to date and 2 weeks before we got the polo he could find the 1.4 polo but a 1.6 polo comfortline and because of that he gave us almost R10 000 more on our trade in and he gave us the smash and grap for free. He kept us up to date till the day we had to go and pick up our new vechic
