I am not happy with the service that I am getting from Avis Mini Lease.
I'm still waiting for the vehicle that I was promised the time the one I was given was due for service. At the time I was told that the Polo is not available and that I must temporarily take the i20 which I did say I don't like. I was told that as soon as the Polo is available the i20 will be exchanged of which I am still waiting for about a month now.
The one reason I decided to go for the mini lease was that I can be able to choose the vehicle I want and for over a month I didn't have my vehicle of choice.
The i20 I was given doesn't even communicate things like service etc, I called the Randburg branch to find out when it is required to go for service and they said at 15000, which it has passed without warning. I told them and still they told me they have no cars.
Now they want to give me a polo vivo when the car I rented is the New Polo. Do they want to tell me there's been no Polo available for over a month now? Or are they just undermining me?
