NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER

I have had 2VW Polo's, the last 1 i purchased i was fortunate enough to pay for it cash. I recently wrote the VW polo off in an accident. I have been given a settlement amount from the insurance( -R150 000), so i now need to purchase another polo, as i was very happy with the way the car took & handled the impact of the accident.
I live in La Lucia, so i went to the closest branch-McCarthy VW Umhlanga Ridge, by Gateway.
When i arrived, there was no parking available. I then went to reception and politely asked if i could see someone in Used Cars, she mumbled something and pointed me to a door that took me to the back of the showroom. There was no one to help, i then had to interrupt a lady who was already dealing with a client and asked if someone could help me. Eventually this "slap-" young Indian guy came, i explained my scenario - gave him the specs of my previous polo & told him what i was looking for and my cash budget, he just looked at me and said "can you push it to" (obviously trying to push me to purchase a more expensive one), i said no and he then said "well i have nothing to show you"..I think if i vomited on myself i would have been given more attention or help from him
