I have not received my parcel uptill now. First their manager Mrs Linda Andrew asked me to send $150 as the fee. After I sent the money to the address she provided and had conversation with them for two times. Now she told me that there are some custom fee a total of $325. I want to complaint against there policy of making the customer unaware of these charges. I want to ask is there any rules and regulations like this or is this a. If there is a policy of charging $325 I want you to please facilitate me with this or ask the sender to pay the amount for the package.
