Faulty Brake Discs On Polo Vivo

I bought a vw polo vivo gt early last year brand new from vw Hatfield . it went in for its 1st service at vw menlyn on the 31/10/12 and they told me that i had worn my brake discs. I have friends that drive vivo's aswell and they had previously complained about the same problem.so clearly vw vivo brake discs are faulty. they refused to replace as my car is under a motorplan and said i have to pay for them separately. i would like to have the matter looked into urgently as my life and car are in risk
