UNABLE TO BOOK CAR FOR 2 WEEKS

From my dream car to pathic service, I have never ever been so disappointed in Mini's service so much!
Have been trying to book y car in for two weeks without any luck, my yellow engine light is very dangerous according to the manual but no service from Mini wat so ever!

YOU have just changed my mind aoout your brand and thinking of just letting it go!!! had only next year left to pay it off but super fustrated with the pathetic service i'm recieiving!
