The Worst Service Eve

I had an accident about 4 months ago and im insured withn MiWay. Miway gave me excellent service and was quick to surrender my car to BMW Club Motors for repairs, what i didnt know was that it was the biggest mistake ever.
To date i have not received my car from club motors, i do not get any feedback what so ever unless i phone and request for it myself but that dont mean athing because all i get are .the first promise to get my car back was 3 months ago and they have continously to me on the progress of the car, heaven knows if they are not stripping and replacing my parts.
if i wanted to drive a nissan micra i would have bought one coz it seems there are okay with hiring one from avis to give me as courtesy car. I WANT MY CAR BACK.I wonder what profit they even make if they hire a car for 4months for a client.
Advise to all BMW owners/clients, please avoid Club Motors if you so wish not to get a dissapointment of your life time.
Last time i went there another client was complaining on job done on his car, please shut down if you are failing to your job.
My car registration is XGH875GP, im not ashamed to put it out there, whoever is responsible, FIX IT.
