Club Motors Randburg Approved Repair Centre
More than 3 months and job still not completed

There are already a lot of complaints about BMW Club motors here but still no one seems to notice that this is not good for their business. My car has been with them for over 3 months now for repairs, sadly if you do not contact them no one does and if you take initiative to get progress feedback no detailed explanation provided on what is really holding up the process of completing the job. Yesterday I spoke to the workshop manager who advised the completion of my vehicle will take another 2 weeks which is not acceptable. I honestly fail to understand their business processes let alone customer service. From general staff to management its the same thing, but what I know for sure is this will be my last BMW car I owned and for anyone whose on a market for a car think twice before you buy BMW.
