I bought my mini countryman cash last year. hardly 6 months after was advised my top blew and parts had to be ordered in Germany. 6 weeks after my car returned, was advised it would go on service every 15, 000ks and oil was found in my water pump etc. Hardly 1 month after, it needed a service, had lots of complications including breaks, was advised Auto Bavaria messed my car up. 2 weeks after it again went into dealership for waterpump. I had 16, 000 to drive the car, all of the sudden it told me my breaks were worn and needed to take my car in. Called Northcliff again and was advised my car needs a major service. Evidently information from Auto Bavaria was correct and service from Northcliff unsatisfactory. My car went in about 4 times and its not even a year old, there was no need for engine top to blow when it had hardly travelled even 30, 000 ks. I complained and requested a new car cos of frustration but dealership refused. What now - dealer principal even ignored email from Felicity of Mini Customer Services in Pretoria. What does this say about the service provided. As a consumer I have the right to either demand a brand new car or cash back. Imagine all inconveniences
