I bought my Mini Cooper S brand new, from Bruma Auto (BMW / MINI dealership). During the regular services, my car was returned to me and started 'JERKING' and making some noise when it does.

I've taken my car back to them over 4 times!!! they kept the car with them for almost two weeks to 'prove' my claim. Eventually their Technical Guy (Neil), admitted to having experienced the same problem during the two weeks that they had the car, but a week ago they handed the faulty car back to me with their answer "WE KNOW IT'S FAULTY, WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!! " and as if I care... their blame is on MINI SOUTH AFRICA. No apology, no plan of action... nothing!

I'm now forced to drive around with this faulty car while paying instalments. Truth is... I'm appalled that such a big company like BMW MINI could display such levels of incompetence and lack of care to their customers!!! Especially when they themselves admit fault... it's a slap in the face!!!

Bottom line, BMW / MINI... particularly Bruma Auto is incompetent... and non- attendance to this post will prove exactly just that!!
