FORCED TO PURCHASE

On Sunday, 28 April 2013 we decided to quickly go through the drive through as we had travelled all day and have a 1 year old in the car with us.

We spent an hour waiting to be served. Unfortunately the drive through is designed to force you to stay in the que until you are again forced to purchase food as you have already wasted your time there.

When I went in to speak to the manager i was told that he was not even there.

This is absolutely unacceptable! it is called a fast food restuarant for a reason.
