Food quality terrible!

My husband and I decided to get kfc as a treat on Sunday 11 August, and I say treat because the prices have gone up by so much. Well, usually we wait in the drive through for about 1 hour but this time it went quite quickly so we were impressed until we got home. My husband didn't eat half his burger because it was dry and tasteless, I ate my twister only because I was starving (as pregnant woman usually are) but the chicken was so processed compared to the last time I had one (about 1 year ago and about R25 cheaper). We asked for mash with no gravy and opened the packet only to find mash with gravy. The only thing that was fine was the 1 piece of chicken and the chips.
After complaining in store numerous times about bad service and food orders that are not correct I decided to post on this site. I am disgusted that we spent so much money and that that is the quality we get.
Please get someone to do something because I'm not planning on going back again and I'm sure there are others that feel the same.
