Two weeks ago I was ordering food at the drive thru when the representative changed me R33.90 for an AM Riser and cappuccino. I explained for 10 minutes that the price was incorrect as it should be R27.95. Eventually I left the drive thru, parked and entered the shop to see he manager I asked for numerous times to assist in the drive thru. He sol me the meal at the correct price. This ordeal took almost 20 minutes. I ended up being late for an appointment. Believe it or not I was back the next week. There was no way I would use the drive thru again and therefore entered the shop. As I walked in there was a man waiting for his food. I was the only other customer. I waited 2 minutes t be served. Then I started to wait for m food. After 15 minutes I could see my food was ready but there was no one at the front desk. At this stage there were 4 people waiting to be served. no one assisting them and the man before me was still waiting for this food. I spoke to him and he informed me that he had been waiting for over 25 minutes and that his food was laying on the tray. This is when I started calling staff to assist him, me and the 4 other customers waiting. No apology.
