Drive thru closed without notice???

We decided to get KFC takeaways for dinner on Sunday evening, 06 October 2013 at approx. 19h30. We haven't had KFC in such a long time due to them either always getting your order incorrect or the drive thru queue is always way too long. We went to the branch in Nelson Mandela / Zastron Drive. On our arrival the queue was already long. We decided to wait. As you approached the section where you have to move through to the walk in parking or drive thru, the security guard showed us towards the parking space - away from the drive thru queue. There were already several cars waiting to be served in the drive thru queue and the car in front of us joined the queue as the security guard let him go past. Asking why (as there was no board or notice informing us of any problems or faults they might be experiencing at this time) he informed us as follows: "the drive thru system is currently not working". He was in no way moving out the way and we were forced to either park and walk in or drive off. Again not wanting to stand in the very long queue inside and not dressed to be seen in public we drove off to Mc Donald's down the road. Once again realising just why we never visit KFC anymore.
